Alba expresses the need to recover the donkey from the land in front of “at the bulk entry of specimens of Romanian origin”, However, it is aware of the difficulty that it supposes since the work that this animal carried out has been relegated to the walk of hikers and foreigners in the so-called “burro safaris”.
The history of this Fair dates back to the nineties when, a group of neighbors from the neighborhood and Fernando, They agreed to create this appointment as an act of their parties.
Years later, created the non-profit association Feria Equina La Culata. In the ninth edition they launched the Donkey Recovery Center, which was located in what at the time was planned and equipped as the Center for the Improvement of Livestock Breeds in the plains of La Pez and Pargana (Tejeda).
