The 12th Southeast fair brings the best of the region.

And from this Friday until Sunday, 170 posts located in the Avenida de Canarias in Vecindario offer the best of the Southeast.

The XII Feria del Sureste arrives this weekend in Vecindario with about 700 meters, that they offer to the public the best products from the three municipalities of the region. To the wide range of artisan products and the primary sector, other areas dedicated to gastronomy and restoration are added., the music, free children's attractions and a livestock exhibition space.

The mayor of Santa Lucía explained that “it is the first Fair in the Southeast that hosts the pedestrian zone, “a spacious and comfortable space to move around that meets all the conditions to make it a success again”.

The mayor highlighted that “it is an honor to have this new edition in the municipality, which in addition to being an important support for the primary sector of the Commonwealth and the efforts made by artisans, farmers and ranchers of the three municipalities as generators of economy and jobs, It is also the same for small and medium-sized merchants within the pedestrian zone and the surrounding area., that can increase their sales due to the volume of public that visits us”.

The mayor of Ingenio stated that this Southeast Fair “is a great opportunity, not only for the Southeast but also for the entire Island, because it values ​​healthy products, quality, sustainable and that generate economy”.

On the other hand, the Mayor of Dublin, Óscar Hernández stressed that “this important work recovers values ​​associated with the development of the Commonwealth, which not only has to do with the water cycle and renewable energies, but also with the rescue of those tasks that allow us to live off the environment”.

Concerts and party performances, gastronomy with products from the region, games, workshops are some of the activities offered by this XII Southeast Fair, with the collaboration of the Cabildo de Gran Canaria, but “not so with that of the Canary Islands Government”, the mayor of Santa Lucía clarified.
