During this weekend the town grancanario will release to the public the preparation and properties of the first apple cider vinegar Canary Islands.
The opening of the V Gastronomic Days of the apple and cider will take place next Friday 27 November, where different restaurants and bars of the town surprised us with a menu of dishes and snacks made with russet.
