Agriculture modifies the regulation of the producer organizations to adapt to the environmental guidelines.

DESCRIBES A SERIES OF ACTIONS AND MEASURES AIMED AT ENVIRONMENTAL OBJECTIVES.

The official State Gazette published an order of the Ministry of agriculture, Food and environment (Magrama) amending Royal Decree 1337/2011 It regulates the programmes and funds of the organisations of producers of fruit and vegetables (PRODUCER ORGANIZATIONS).According to the new order AAA/319/214, These changes are due to the new implementation of environmental guidelines from the past 1 January.

Modify item 11.4 -collecting specific costs regulations, including those relating to environmental measures- the programs of the producer organizations and annex IV of the Royal Decree 1337/2011.

Paragraph 4 item 11 details that, now, “the use of the plastic oxo biodegradable may be included as object of expenditure on operational programmes”, While paragraph 7 Annex IV describes a series of actions and measures aimed at environmental objectives.

The new rules will apply from the 2 September of 2013 for the new introduced environmental actions and shall apply from the annuity 2014 operational funds and programmes.
