The largest European fair dedicated exclusively to delicatessen products once again brings together producers and professionals in Madrid. For four days, the event showcases the international gastronomic avant-garde.The event's numbers are overwhelming. 20.000 m2 of exhibition; 75.000 visitors; 1.200 exhibitors; 30.000 exposed products; 1.000 news and 1.300 accredited journalists and media.

Japan, the third world economic power, comes to the Gourmet Hall as a guest country. Tastings will happen, catas, presentations, showcookings and demonstrations of the best agri-food products from Japan.

Among the activities that will be carried out, the II Spanish Tapas Championship for Gourmets stands out., the XIX Ham Cutter Competition, the 19th Wine Tunnel, the XV Workshop of the Senses, XIV Gourmetquesos, XIV Wine Corner, XIV Bread Corner, VI Fruit and Vegetable Tunnel, Olives from Spain and the oleoteca.
