THE OWNER OF THE FAMOUS POLYFACE FARM WILL COME TO EUROPE FOR THE FIRST TIME TO TEACH A COURSE IN RONDA, MÁLAGA.

Joel Salatin, is a farmer 56 Virginia years (USA), member of a third generation of alternative farmers who has been 1982 dedicated body and soul to improving and refining the ideas and influence of his parents. Their farm serves more than 5000 families, 10 points of sale and 50 restaurants through direct sales or their own distribution channels or collaborators.

The Salatin family farm is called Polyface Inc.. ( The Farm of Many Faces), something like a farm where the coexistence of different species is optimized to the maximum and in an organic way, both animals and plants, to find the best performance.
