Village hosts a course on managing agricultural tractors.

It is part of the Agriculture training plan 2015.

The course called: “Risk prevention in the operation of agricultural tractors, motor-cultivators and motor-hoes”, the days will unfold 11 and 12 June, of 16:30 to 19:30 hours.

It will take place at the La Aldea Agrarian Extension Agency. C/Federico Rodríguez Gil, 14 (La Aldea de San Nicolás) and the maximum number of students will be 25.

The course will be taught by Juan Miguel Bilbao, Machinery Professor at the Arucas Agrarian Training School.

The content will address generalities and traffic rules, safety and prevention in handling, EEC regulations for the manufacturer, hitching and disengaging handling practices and safe handling.

Preference will be given to regular operators of machinery registered in ROMA..
