La Govinola is a product created in the Pastelería Díaz de Tenerife, to promote the island's wines. Its main ingredients are syrup of
glucose, Apple pectin and Tenerife wine. And according to its creators it does not contain alcohol.
It is another way of savoring wines; creative as well as witty, who achieves an unusual fusion that is causing a furor among those who dare to discover it. In a short time, govinolas have become the favorite candy of adults. In fact, its creators have received orders from China, United Kingdom, berlin and london.
The white govinolas have a fruity wine flavor and the red ones have the essence of red wine. It has also served to promote Tenerife wines, as demand has increased. For this, its manufacturer has decided to exploit this ingenious idea, preparing govinolas packs as cotillion for parties.
The manufacture has taken months of research and its ingredients are glucose syrup, Apple pectin and Tenerife wine. However, the great
expectation that has caused, has allowed them to deal with a commission of 1.300 kilos with wines from La Mancha and Galicia.
Diaz Pastry began its journey in La Laguna, with an avant-garde bet. Innovation has been the flag that has made them grow, opening a branch in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
