In a few weeks, Coaldea will have semi-cured cheese that is currently maturing in the plant's chambers.. For now it is only possible to find fresh cheese in half and one kilo formats., made from goat and cow milk.

Claudio Quintana announced that they aspire to produce other dairy products such as fresh goat milk and yogurts. “Now it's time to work and strengthen the star product, cheese, to continue advancing in the market and cover these other demands“, Quintana indicated.
