1. Part of the materials used in the construction of the greenhouse is recycled from other works. It is the case with all glass facade, which they were reused after the demolition of part of the facade of the Faculty of Psychology on campus during the rehabilitation work.
2. Weather conditions to improve and optimize plant growth, It has included an installation of geothermal energy. This system uses the constant heat retaining ground through two holes in the ground of a depth of 100 meters.
