SEVERAL OF THE TRAINING COURSES OFFERED ARE FREE.

The training proposal, in addition to dealing with agricultural productions, dedicates several actions to the organic agri-food industry.
The Spanish Society of Organic Agriculture, EEAS, through the project “Eco-eLabora: training for the organic agri-food industry” and the Empleaverde program of the Biodiversity Foundation, offer training actions, advice and exchange of knowledge between operators of the organic and conventional agri-food industry.

The objective set by the SEAE is to motivate them to undertake the process of converting their companies to a model that is more respectful of health and the environment., If this is the case of the conventional industry, and to undertake directly in the ecological system, if the activity starts.

Among the actions, The project offers several free online training courses on the organic agri-food industry:

1.Organic production of cheeses and other dairy products (of the 26 from March to 30 April 2012). The registration period is open.

2.Quality, processing and marketing of organic wines (of the 23 from April to 28 may 2012).

3.Postharvest: handling and packaging of fresh organic horticultural products (of the 21 from may to 2 of July 2012).

4.Quality, production and marketing of organic oils (of the 11 from June to 16 of July 2012).
