ULL has the support of the Government of the Canary Islands, the Fundación Cajamar and the wine Regulatory Council of Gran Canaria.
For the first time, the University of La Laguna, through the Cultural Classroom of Wine Tourism and Gastronomic Tourism and the General Foundation of the university institution, come to the island of Gran Canaria to offer a new edition of the Specialist Course in Wine Tourism Management and Sensory Analysis of Wines.
Moisés Simancas and Valerio Luis Gutiérrez, directors of the Secretariat of University Extension and the Cultural Classroom respectively, accompanied by the director of the Canarian Institute of Agri-Food Quality, Jose Flores Estevez; the manager of the Cajamar Agri-Food Unit in the Canary Islands, angel Granados; and the president of the Gran Canaria Wine Regulatory Council, Luis Lopez, were in charge of presenting the modules of the II Specialist Course in Wine Tourism Management and Sensory Analysis of Wines at the University of La Laguna that will be held on the island of Gran Canaria.
This training is aimed at all those people interested in or linked to the wine sectors, gastronomic and tourist: university students from different disciplines, professionals linked to the world of wine or tourism who require specific training, active professionals motivated to train in this area and unemployed people.
The next day 9 The first module will begin in March, Sensory Analysis of Wines, that will develop up to the 9 April. then, in the month of may, se celebrará el módulo de Gestión Enoturística y el de Comercialización de Vinos comenzará a finales de junio.
La Fundación General de la ULL y el Aula Cultural de Enoturismo y Turismo Gastronómico de la Universidad de La Laguna proporcionarán, a las personas que se inscriban en este nuevo título propio, a formación teórico-práctica que facilite el ejercicio profesional.
Con este título se pretende fomentar el conocimiento global de la actividad, incluyendo aspectos físicos y humanos, desde una perspectiva sintética. In addition, también se concretará la formación y el estudio con actuaciones y experiencias concretas que se están llevando a nivel insular, regional, y nacional, con el objeto de potenciar y aumentar la oferta de esta actividad.
Las sesiones de los tres módulos se impartirán en la Casa del Vino de Gran Canaria en el municipio de Santa Brígida, gracias al patrocinio del Gobierno de Canarias, the Fundación Cajamar and the wine Regulatory Council of Gran Canaria.
Los módulos de la II edición del Curso de Especialista en Gestión Enoturística y Análisis Sensorial de Vinos de la Universidad de La Laguna que se celebran en Gran Canaria, estarán dirigidos por Valerio Luis Gutiérrez y Gabriel Santos, del Aula de Enoturismo, en coordinación con el equipo técnico de la Fundación General de la ULL, y dictado por docentes de la propia institución académica, así como profesionales y técnicos reconocidos en las diferentes áreas que trata cada uno de los módulos formativos.
