New Course in La Aldea on banana crop management.

The registration deadline is the next day 10 may of 2015.

The Agrarian Extension Agency of La Aldea organizes the course “Management of banana cultivation”, which will take place the next day 15 may of 2015, of 10:00 to 14:00 hours and 16:00 to 18:00 hours.

The training action will be taught by Miguel Rodríguez Serrano, Agent of the Agrarian Extension Agency of Valle de San Lorenzo, of the Cabildo of Tenerife.

Among the contents are the Planting Framework and varieties, Management of irrigation and fertilization, Control of common pests and analysis of cultivation costs.

The maximum number of participants will be 25 students and preference will be given to Young Farmers requesting allocation of reference quantities, (specify requested meters and whether they are planted or not); Professional farmers in the sector (accreditation will be requested); Non-professional farmers and, Finally, the rest of the requests.

The course is organized by the Agrarian Extension Service, Agricultural and Fisheries Development. La Aldea Agrarian Extension Agency.
