Pasteurized milk for Julián Díaz cured cheese (Tuineje, Fuerteventura) was chosen best cheese of the Canary Islands 2014, between 114 cheeses of the Canary Islands and other five participating communities.

Julián Díaz obtained, In addition, first place in three other categories, among a total of 114 soft cheeses, semi-cured and cured, raw and pasteurized milk from across Spain were presented at the fair of agriculture, Fisheries and livestock, EAGF 2014, it closed its doors last Sunday.
